That the company ignores people's emails. I've attached pictures of actually how my order a just rrived. I'm giving them one star b/c seriously WTFF is this? They smell amazing, however this will be the first and LAST time I order from this company. The packaging alone is atrocious.

No scent.
I have tried to contact the company repeatedly as my product arrived leaking and dented. I have sent messages to two email addresses, dm, and live chat that was unanswered. I feel ripped off. This should have been an easy fix and I’m still waiting. Please rectify the situation.
